Driving the product experience and design for ReDuX, an AI-powered platform built to untangle legacy systems and accelerate modernization. My focus: turning deep tech into a usable product, simplifying complexity, and embedding a product mindset every step of the way.

The Agile CX/HCD/UX Process
We leveraged the quadruple diamond framework to anchor our work in human-centered design (HCD). This approach guided our research and discovery, fundamentally shifting the way we engaged executives, stakeholders, employees, and customers to collect rich qualitative and quantitative insights.
